How to apply for Schengen Visa?

How long Schengen visa valid?
The Schengen visa (type C), can be used for not more than180 days. Within this period, the maximum stay allowed is 90 days. Depending on the type of visa granted-either single-entry or multiple-entry-you can leave and enter the Schengen Area several times during its validity.

What do I need for applying for Schengen Visa?
- A copy of your Emirates ID
- A no objection letter from the company/sponsor of the applicant
- An attested copy of your bank statement (6 months)
- A travel insurance certificate along with your return ticket
- A copy of your hotel reservation at your destination
- Two passport-size photograph, taken against a white background
- Each applicant’s passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months

How many days will it take to process my visa?
Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 5 working days to process and may take longer.
Is the Visa application fee refundable if it has been rejected?
No, the visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the visa application is rejected.
Will I receive a hard copy of the Schengen Visa?
No, we will email a soft copy of your visa to the email address provided in the visa application form.
What is the difference between a single-entry and a multiple-entry Schengen visa?
Single-entry Schengen visa allows you to enter the Schengen Area only once. After leaving, you cannot re-enter, even if the visa is still valid.
Multiple-entry visa, on the other hand, allows you to enter and exit the Schengen Area multiple times within the visa’s validity period (as long as you do not exceed the 90-day stay limit within 180 days).

- Baftourism.ae reserves the rights to accept or reject applications out of its own forwarding and does not take any responsibility with the immigration department on the rate in which they process applications or reject visas.
- Should the destination country have charges to make then the consumer, or the traveler bears the full cost completely. If there are any other expenses it is to be borne by the applicant like document courier, photograph development, attestation etc.

- Passport of the traveler must be valid for six months or more.
- Valid UAE residence visa, valid for 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States.
- Original bank statement with bank stamp for 3 or 6 months depending on the country.
- Photo with white background.
- NOC letter from your employer/sponsor.
