Upon arrival at Kutaisi International Airport, you will clear Immigration and Customs before collecting your luggage. You will then meet the company representative in the arrivals hall for your transfer to the hotel in Tbilisi. During the journey, we will stop in Mtskheta to explore the Jvari Monastery and Svetikhoveli Cathedral. We will then proceed to Old Tbilisi, where a walking tour of approximately 2-3 hours will take place. This tour will start at Europe Square and will feature notable sites such as Metehki Church, a cable car ascent to Narikala Fortress, and the “Mother of Kartli” monument. The tour will continue with a descent to the Abano District and a visit to Legvtakhevi Waterfall, allowing time for photography. Following this, you will check in at the hotel and enjoy some rest. You will spend the night in Tbilisi.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will set off for the Kakheti Region, known as the “cradle of wine” for its significant historical contributions and innovative winemaking practices, as well as its exclusive grape varieties. Guests can request a visit to the KTW Winery for a delightful wine tasting experience. Our next stop will be Sighnaghi, celebrated as the “City of Love,” a beautiful town that sits atop a hill, encircled by lush valleys and the grand Caucasus Mountains. We will also visit the Bodbe Monastery during our time there. Following this, we will return to Tbilisi, where guests will have the opportunity to shop at East Point Mall. The day will end with
Guests will begin their day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a tour of the Mtskheta-Tianeti region. The initial visit will be to the Ananuri Complex and Jinvali Dam. Following this, the group will drive to Gudauri, making a stop at a scenic viewpoint monument that offers excellent photo opportunities. The journey will then lead to Kazbegi, where a transfer to a 4×4 vehicle will take place for the ascent to the Gergeti Trinity Church. The day will end with a return to Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
We will begin our day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by the check-out process. Our next destination will be the picturesque Uplistsikhe Cave Town, situated near Gori. Following this visit, we will drive to Kutaisi and check into our hotel. The day’s activities will include a tour of the Bagrati Cathedral, after which we will head to the Prometheus Cave, a remarkable cave nearly 2 kilometers in length, filled with stunning natural wonders. We will then check into our hotel in Kutaisi and enjoy some leisure time. Overnight stay will be in Kutaisi.
