Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, where you will proceed to clear immigration and customs. After collecting your baggage, you will meet with a company representative in the arrivals hall, who will assist you with your transfer to your hotel in Tbilisi. The capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, is a city rich in history and culture, situated on both sides of the Mtkvari River and flanked by mountains on three sides. The name “Tbilisi” is derived from an ancient Georgian term meaning “warm.” Archaeological evidence suggests that this area has been inhabited since the 4th millennium BC. After checking in at your hotel, the remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. You will spend the night in Tbilisi.

Breakfast will be served at the hotel before we set off for Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia. Afterward, we will drive to Old Tbilisi and commence a walking tour to appreciate the beauty of this historic capital. The tour will begin at Europe Square and will encompass sites such as the Metekhi Church, a cable car ride to Narikala Fortress, the “Mother of Kartli” monument, and a descent into the Abano District. We will then proceed to the Legvtakhevi waterfall, where there will be time for photography. The walking tour will continue along Rustaveli Avenue, the main avenue of the city, with opportunities for shopping at the Flea Market and Gallery Mall. We will conclude our day with an overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel. Following check-out, we will embark on our journey to the Bakuriani resort, making several stops at prominent tourist attractions along the route. Our first destination will be Gori, the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, where we will explore the Gori Fortress. Afterward, we will proceed to Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town situated along the banks of the River Mtkvari. After taking in the scenic views, we will continue our drive to Borjomi, where we will visit the Central Park and sample the renowned mineral spring waters. Finally, we will arrive at the Bakuriani resort and check in to our hotel for the night.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and drive to Borjomi for a brief trekking tour in Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park or a visit to the Green Monastery, which will last around 1 to 2 hours. This will provide an opportunity to appreciate the stunning natural landscape. Following this, we will head to Akhaltiskhe to visit the Rabat Fortress and explore the reconstructed complex. Upon our return to Tbilisi, we will dedicate a few hours to shopping at Tbilisi Mall, followed by a visit to the monument of the Chronicles of Georgia. We will conclude the day with check-in at our hotel in Tbilisi for an overnight stay.

After your breakfast, you will be transferred to airport for your onward flight, we return home with wonderful memories of our tour.
